Madison Public Schools will share district and unit curriculum design that ensures the transfer of learning to authentic applications and a systemic approach to integrating the profile of a graduate in all curricula. Learn how a reimagined K-12 wellness curriculum promotes physical and mental well-being, leading students to be able to access, understand, and advocate for themselves. See how students acquire content and profile of a graduate capacities and demonstrate learning through complex end-of-unit performance tasks. Participants will walk away with materials to use and share in their school to spark discussion and thinking about the relationship between mastery of content and capacities.
